This is a quick and hearty sauce that can be served over pasta, rice, or gnocchi. I love the gnocchi so much, though, that I serve the sauce on the side and eat the gnocchi separately sprinkled with just a bit of parmesan.
Tear kale into bite size pieces. Massage kale by hand with the juice of one lemon, Add the rest of the goodies and mix in the olive oil and balsamic glace to finish. Add salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy!
