Avocado Smoothie

Packed with tons of great flavors, this smoothie is an excellent source of protein.


  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 a ripe avocado (should be slightly soft)
  • 3 heaping tablespoons of non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder (We like Full Throttle Endurance Whey Protein)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (they're good for you - helllloooo Omega 3's!)


  1. Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
  3. Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
