Packed with tons of great flavors, this smoothie is an excellent source of protein.
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 a ripe avocado (should be slightly soft)
- 3 heaping tablespoons of non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder (We like Full Throttle Endurance Whey Protein)
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (they're good for you - helllloooo Omega 3's!)
- Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
- If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
