Drink Your Salad

If you find drinking salads is easier than eating them, this is the perfect smoothie for you.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Coconut Water or regular water
  • 1 bunch of baby spinach (best for blending)
  • 1 medium roasted beet or two small roasted beets (you can buy the pre-packaged kind)
  • a few chunks of pineapple (feel free to use the frozen kind)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (we like Full Throttle Endurance Whey Protein)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
  3. Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
