Drink Your Salad
If you find drinking salads is easier than eating them, this is the perfect smoothie for you.
- 8 oz Coconut Water or regular water
- 1 bunch of baby spinach (best for blending)
- 1 medium roasted beet or two small roasted beets (you can buy the pre-packaged kind)
- a few chunks of pineapple (feel free to use the frozen kind)
- 1 scoop protein powder (we like Full Throttle Endurance Whey Protein)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- pinch of salt
- Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
- If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
