Do you like parsley? Then you will love this parsley drink!
- 1 small bunch of fresh parsley
- a handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon honey or 2 dried dates (pitted)
- Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
- If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
- You can also freeze into popsicle forms for later use.
