PB and J

Relive your childhood memories with this smoothie that tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.


  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter (almond is better for you)
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder (we use Full Throttle Endurance Whey Protein)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • Optional – make it a chocolate PB&J by adding 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder


  1. Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
  3. Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
