Thank You Berry Much

An easy and delicious smoothie that is perfect after a workout.


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop (or serving) protein powder (we suggest Full Throttle Endurance Whey Protein).
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (you can use sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • dash of ground cinnamon
  • dash of ground nutmeg


  1. Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
  3. Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
