Thank You Berry Much
An easy and delicious smoothie that is perfect after a workout.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop (or serving) protein powder (we suggest Full Throttle Endurance Whey Protein).
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (you can use sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
- dash of ground cinnamon
- dash of ground nutmeg
- Throw everything in the blender. Blend until you can't blend anymore. Or until everything is properly mixed up – whichever comes first.
- If the consistency is too thick, you can add some water or ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw and sip away!
